What we don’t do
The supplement industry has a lot of tricks. Here’s what we’ve ruled out.

Proprietary blends
Hidden doses mean you’re trusting a label, not a formula. If a brand won’t show you the numbers, ask why.

Underdosing
Adding 50mg of something to put it on the label isn’t an ingredient — it’s decoration. Every active in our formulas is there at a dose that justifies it.

Artificial stimulants
Caffeine and synephrine aren’t cognitive support — they’re shortcuts with a come-down. We’re not interested in lending you focus and charging interest.

Vague claims
“Supports brain health” can mean anything, which usually means nothing. We say what each ingredient does and point to the research that backs it.

Unnecessary fillers
Every gram in the pouch should earn its place. We don’t pad formulas to hit a price point or a serving size.
