All UK orders include free priority delivery, dispatched within one working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@klarithm.com.
We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Statutory cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@klarithm.com within the 14-day window before returning the product. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage in this case, unless the item is faulty.
How to return
- Email support@klarithm.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your return and provide return instructions within one working day.
- Pack the item securely and post it back to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@klarithm.com and include your order number and a photo where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return postage.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights or our 30-day money-back guarantee on first orders.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.
