Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Our products are sold as food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a known medical condition, please consult your GP before use.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. We take reasonable steps to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a clear error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Free priority delivery is included on all orders, dispatched within one working day. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — for any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@klarithm.com before the 14-day period expires.

If you have opened or used the product, your statutory cancellation right may be affected, though our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee (below) applies regardless.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with your first order? Contact us within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to first orders only and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Returns and refunds

For returns outside of the 30-day guarantee or statutory cancellation period, please contact support@klarithm.com. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Klarithm Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klarithm Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are resident.
